Pretty cool stuff on the history...not sure I like the "new" Z though...I'd really like to see more of a tribute bike like a ZRX or Zephyr in Z1 paint.

Make sure you go through all of the pictures...lots of great quality photos to save. Some cool engine and driveline shots too. Cool stuff :woohoo:

Agreed! I can't get into bikes that look like they were made from a bunch of parts from unrelated models that don't fit very well together. The new "Z" bikes simply do not flow. The Zephyr, on the other hand, was a beautiful bike that captured the essence of the original Z. Ed

That is a cool looking machine...haven't seen one in a while. Just noticed how nice the wheels, tires, brakes, swingarm, shocks and forks are....hmmm....that would make a really nice conversion...Spoked wheels and all. Don't believe I've seen any of those parts adapted to a KZ yet.
Actually, the entire front end would look awesome on a Z1 or KZ, gauges and everything. Time to start looking for a donor bike!

I like the 03-07 Zs a lot but this last one just doesn't do it for me.
