I woke up on Christmas morning to find a brandy new 1969 Honda 50 mini trail under the tree. I was one happy young boy.

Penton 125 not sure of the year.

71 yamaha mini enduro 60. I was 9 when i got it. Then like baldy got a 72 SL125 Honda.

my first bike was a yamaha rd 350 good on gas fast through 3rd gear till the auto oiler gave up so did the pistons. :sick:

76 KZ900, Bought it in 83, back on the road last year

MY first one was a 1960 Yamaha MF1 which was a 50cc step through model and I think the first year Yamaha imported to the states. It was intended as a street bike, but we used it as a dirt bike for kids. This was 1970, then my dad got me a brand new Yamaha HT1 90 Enduro in 1971. That was a great little bike for a 10 yr old. I fondly remember another kid had a brand new Hodaka 100 and he kept bugging me to race, so finally I raced that bike in basically just a drag race as we had fields here in Colorado that were miles long and open for riding. Well I beat that bike by like 1/4 mile in a 1/2 mile race. :laugh:
