Kawasaki tried to make a car!?

I didn't know about this. :blink: Is it just me?

Kawasaki made a prototype of KZ360. SOHC twin 356cc, 20ps/7000rpm in the rear, 90km/h. Couldn't establish dealer network and a plan was aborted.

Rear engine and suicide doors... has sort of an Italian/French look to it. Wondering how many prototypes they made for beta test and where did they end up?

They was ahead of their time! Back then they'd said the project was junked. Today they'd claim credit as a GREEN manufacturer because they ground 'em up and started over.

Today, anything is GREEN if you hold your lips correctly!
