as far as a commuter....i would dig a big kz1100 or any big kz that was not a harnessed ujm superbike...that way i could at least bend the leg open a few degrees and maybe not feel goofy with higher bars......see what turns up....in my mind i am riding a real nice Vetter full bagger ST that i find stock red and black or grey....

maybe get a news radio blue tooth and pretend im Bill.....listen to left wing stations and ride up on naughty rush limbaugh types speeding with my brights on

Hmm wonder if you are referring to me? LOL I rode a 76 KZ400 40,000 miles over 14 yrs before I bought this 650. Loved ridin so much , the first yr I had the 400, I bundled up and went for a 20 mile highway ride in sub zero temps in january. Nuts; naaa, half crazy , maybe.

i framed houses on the Hudson river a season in upstate new york with this kid...he hiked alaska and planned it well ...down to the rice...a yr after we worked together...well another few yrs go by...he buys a SR650 and rides it home in jan and almost has to lay in a tub for 5 hrs.....he rode it from co. to upsate new york on major strips in jan......boys will be boys...
