i could i guess.......but i dont have the patience to mess with having it in my garage and such. trust me i would love to rescue her, but its just not the right time, and def not for the right $........so sad....there is nothing more then i want to do than save a vintage kawi.

i got a matching numbers first year Z1-E 1973..30,000 production numbers...engine and rolling bike ,no body or seat elec...for one dollar in 2008
anything more than 400 better be running is how i'm starting to feel....too much work and money to fix these up right to their original shape when they are too far along...for a hobby and such,no problem,but the sanity lies in paying up front for the right bike..10,000-13.000 for a low numbers
ELR is where my goal is...or 5000-6000 for a nice Z ect....
but paying 600-1000 for bikes that are not rare if you already have a few projects and a favorite z or 2 to ride now, is money down the hole and away from the big scores imo
because their are still deals that will pop up that run for 500+ at least once a year...if you act lightning fast and ahve the 500-1000 you can score some of the rare ones still imo....
