These are my two theories. I have been shill bid on ebay before. About 24hrs after the auction closed, I was contacted by the seller with a sob story about how the winner backed out. He was going to allow me to purchase the boat at my highest bid. Told him to take a long walk off a short pier, and then reported his ass.

I saw that Scott Russell contact and thought, "Did this bike belong to the Chief?"
