You are looking at a Z1-B...aka 1975 Z1. The frame and motor VINs are correct and 'matching'. The title has a misprint ('S' should be a '5' but misprints on titles that have changed hands a number of times are not uncommon). I'd ignore the error unless your DMV actually does check the bike against the title...in which case you'll have to go through the hassle of changing the title.
Tag on frame says Z1F 53209. The motor says Z1E 053266. The title says that the Vin/Serial number is Z1FS3209.
Anyone have any idea what all this means?
Thanks for all the feadback. Really helps me learn about this bike.

I made the trade and got the 800 bucks. I have already started taking it apart and cleaning her up. Can wait to order some parts and fix her.
Thanks everyone for your help. Much appreciated.

Well I made the trade and started cleaning up the bike. It is so much fun working on this old bike and learn so much about the history of them. Here is the pic of the bike when I got it (not a very good one but all I have) and some pics of my achievments so far.
I have added the Dyna Electronin ignition and coils, rebuilt the carbs, rebuilt the front master cylinder, adjusted the valves, replaced the regulator and rectifier with Oregon Motorcycle parts, painted the tank, side covers and tail peice and just done general cleaning.
There are lots of little things I still want to do once I am sure it runs fine. Thanks
