Ziggy
10 Oct 2010 08:07 - 10 Oct 2010 08:09
A friend found this bike. It had been in storage since 1983.
I have had it in my shop for about a month going over the bike and replacing parts.
New carb kits,grommets, cables,fork gaters,And new chain.
We named the bike,"Ziggy" after the guy that painted the tank in "77". The orginal tank was leaking.
I got the bike out yesterday and rode it about 30 miles.
One of the mirrors fell out.

My Son and I rode Ziggy about 50 miles today.
Got to shoot guns and check out bikes.
I haven't shot in years and I was hitting at 200 yards with the Garand. Roy

That bike kicks ass just the way it is. Just clean it up and don't change a thing.
On the subject of guns, is that an SBR or an Airsoft on top?

Beauty old bike, I can't remember now was it the 70 or 71 that was the real keeper.. some drag race guys still drooling over them. I know by 72 they changed the cam and fubar'd those awesome old single cams. Tis a thing of beauty that's for sure.
