Confused about my KZ650 model

Confused about my KZ650 model

My frame VIN lists: KZ650C014034 which led me to believe that I have a C2. But I just noticed the engine VIN lists KZ650BE062479. Am I missing something? Do I have a different model?

If you are concerned about the "B" versus "C", like McDroid says, Kaw often used the same engine in more than one model. Sometimes the only differences in a model are in the chassis. Another example is the kz550C uses a kz550A motor.

Whoa, I hadn't checked these old posts in some time. Is there a way to get an email notification if someone responds in your thread?

Sadly the pic in the profile is the only shot I have right now. Computer died and I lost them. She's stored for the winter so no pics for a bit. But spring's a comin'!

Used to be able to click on the "Suscribe"button at teh top of the page and the forum would notify you by e-mail when someone posted.

However, I can't even get the forum to notify me by e-mail when someone sends me a PM
