If I'm not mistaken, you've got an 81 kz650 CSR (or H1 model), correct? If my memory is correct, then yes your pipes are interchangeable with the 81 kz750 CSR (or H1 model). Does that match up with the numbers you're seeing?

I was off by a couple years, but not with the pipe info. The 650 and 750 H models used the same pipes. They must have also used them on at least one year of the D model (SR) and the E model (80 LTD). Think the KHI K 022 number might be the Kaw part number for the exhaust.

I'm planning putting the stock mufflers up for sale. And am wondering how to word the ad. They are in good shape and are interchangeable with other bikes such as 1983 kz 750\[or Ltd in case the kz is wrong} H. 650 D/ H/ E model. They are original off a 1983 Kawasaki CSR with 10,000 miles on them.

Those pipes are specific to the CSR and LTD models. They'll fit on any other kz650 or 750 (4 cylinder) motor, but the rear brackets wouldn't be a perfect fit.

The KZ650-CSR & KZ750-Ltd-4 chain drive models share a number of parts and have the same frame & mufflers, so your exhaust system is a direct bolt-on to those models. As mentioned above, muffler brackets will most likely have to be fabbed to get them to fit on the other 650s & 750s.

If you want to see what bikes the pipes came stock on, look them up on Kawasaki.com and use the cross ref. tool in the parts diagrams

For 1983 KZ650 CSR mufflers, I found these matches

Model (6):
KZ650-H1 (CSR) (1981)
KZ650-H2 (CSR) (1982)
KZ650-H3 (CSR) (1983)
KZ750-H2 (LTD) (1981)
KZ750-H3 (LTD) (1982)
KZ750-H4 (LTD) (1983)

Past:
Many.
