Newbie (almost)

Hey guys,

I found a 1983 Spectre 750 with 5,000 original miles. It still has the original tires on the bike and it appears to be in pristine condition. The guy that is selling it has taken excellent care of the bike. He is asking $1200. Is this a fair price? Any comments would be appreciated.
