found a pic of my first bike 1979kz 400

I was 18 in 1987,when I bought this 1979 kz400 for 500$ rode it all over the Chicago and with my girl friend (now wife)had a great time on it then needed a car so sold it a couple years later for 500$ wish i never did,but it was a great little bike and quick too,the man i bought it from had two, and this one had a fairing and that treasure chest trunk thing on it,totally 70s airbrush paint on the tank I wish I had more pictures,well I think i might have one or two more around if I can find them.I did keep the kz400 badge off the side cover and have it in my tool box today.when I got it it had less than 1000 mi on it.

But the 650 is a LOT more fun. huh? :woohoo:

well fun cant be judged by cc's.it was a great time in my life,just glad to be back on the back of a kz,and when I saw the 650 i could'nt pass it up , cant wait for spring!
