Great company!

I bought a starter for my Softail last year. Well, after about six months it, too, quit working. Last weekend I found the paperwork from the Ebay auction and contacted the company to see what my options where. he response was the next business day, they they asked for my name and address to confirm the transaction from the original purchase, then replied that a NEW starter would be mailed to me. The only thing they asked was that I return the old starter so they could analyze the problem. They even provided return shipping. They put the starter in the mail Tuesday and I received it today.

I can only say great things about this company! I would like to put the company name and address for them in here, so I'm hoping a moderator will chime in and let me know if it's ok to or not.

nice....a lot of folks never take the time to even see if the folks that they bought from are good and just assume it is a wash......i often have good results if i follow up too...nice
