cycle recycle parts

Has anyone bought parts from CRC recently. I ordered parts 10 days ago and got the automatic order confirmation email, but have not heard anything else from them. They have not taken the money from my credit card and I'm wondering if they went out of business since they have always been fast shippers. I need to know if I need to order my parts from someone else. Any info will be appreciated.

Last order I placed I waited 3 weeks before I gave them a shout to see what was up. They had my order on file, but didn't ship it due to the fact the shipping cost on there site was not the actual shipping. So they didn't bother to contact me or anything, but shipped it right out that day I spoke with them. Give them a shout and see what is up. Great people to deal with and great products, but just a little slow on contacting the customers when something is up.

Talked to the lady at CRC2...... Both orders shipped 9/30/09..... Glad they are still in business.
