Not really. I'm just not a fan of "up swept" exhausts (except on a dual sport bike). I even modified the Kerker on my KZ by shortening the header collector and turning the megaphone 90 degrees to make it come out flat, even with the swingarm.

there are a few around here...the guy i spoke with was 50ish and riding with his two sons on their speed triples...he was gushing about the powerpand..and the showa fork.....he fired it up and rode away...my take...just another bike...looks better sitting still:laugh: Jeff.Saunders wrote:
It is an interesting bike.
I have not read any road tests yet, so I don't know if it handles or not - assuming it does handle decent, I think it will have a market if the price point can compete with some of the other stripped down v-twins.
I wonder who HD is targeting - what age group / type of rider?
Would this be bought by 20-25 year old kids - I doubt it, 40-50 year olds - maybe.

buells are lighter have more horsepower better brakes much better brakes among some of the strongest i have ever experianced and you can buy them as cheap as hell now the only harley i really lust after is an xr750 flattracker or an fxrs evo the xr is thru the roof in price so i keep my eyes open for a good reasonable priced fxrs. that is the most fun big twin harley you could imagine if it is setup right.
