Best to fit dual valve stems in each tire to facilitate routine air flushes -- in one and simultaneously out the other. So quick and easy.

And always use air from a freshly filled SCUBA tank, as it's pure, clean, dry, non-toxic, perfectly suitable for human consumption, and otherwise environmentally acceptable. No skank, un-pristine, who-knows-what abomination emanating from the standard mold and rust infested, grease encrusted, aged air compressor.

And it won't make you talk funny if inhaled, like the helium guys.

Good Luck! :)

Racers (cars, anyway, my knowledge of bike racing is extremely limited) use nitrogen because pressures don't fluctuate as much with tire temps. Lots of time you see race cars with two valve stems on each wheel.

I suppose the same will hold true for bikes, but since I have no experience in that field, I'll defer to anyone here whom races bikes.

Let's not forget to change to winter gas too!

Dont Change The Air! Thats vintage air in those tire - your bike wont be 100% stock with the aftermarket air in the tires , and you will decrease its value  :woohoo:
