The ZRX1100 wasn't introduced until 1999, so a 1994 must be a ZX1100???? ... despite that, US$600 for either is a deal...provided it runs, is repairable, can be parted out, and/or has a title.

A bill of sale only can lead to long, frustrating problems in some states. Be sure you know the laws concerning how to title a bike that has no title in your state. Be careful with this one. Many sportbikes have led very hard lives, and more than a couple have been stolen. It may be a good deal, or it may end up being a nightmare. Ask a lot of questions and if you have niggling doubts, walking away will cost nothing.

I bought my KZ1000 with a Bill of Sale. When I went to the DMV the bike wasn't in the system so they directed me to the CHP (Highway Patrol) where they checked engine and frame numbers. The CHP search came up clean so then the DMV issued me a title. It did take about 2 months, mostly waiting for an appointment at the CHP inspectors office. I don't recall how much it cost to re-register the bike, but it wasn't over 200 bucks.
P.S. you will need to show proof of insurance before the DMV will issue registration.

I'm going to look at the bike tomorrow.
And it is a 94 ZX11 with just over 16,000 on it and I am getting a start on the paper work.
For $700.00 I don't mind a little paper work..

Make sure the numbers get run through the CHP or Police to make sure it's clean. Maybe run numbers BEFORE handing over cash?

Make sure it runs good and shifts. Like someone said these bikes live hard lives sometimes. And theres lots of people ready to stick someone. If it runs good and shifts without jumping out of gear I'd buy it.
