Z750 BJ 1982 What the F*** is it?
12 Aug 2009 12:37
Hi Guys
I just bought some exhaust headers from a guy in Germany, he advertised them as being for a Z750. He has since emailed to say that he has other parts available for a Z750 BJ 1982. I have googled the internet and all I seem to get is info on "Blow Job"- quite interesting but I would like to see a picture of the bike.
Picture of the headers below, anyone know what models they may fit please?

I'm guessing that in 1982, only three Z750 models were available (with chrome headers)...the LTD (H3), the so-called standard (E3), and the 750 P models (which we didn't get on this side of the Atlantic)... not familiar with the other acronym...as applied to motorcycles

I just replaced the whole exhaust on my 82 750 LTD H3. I'm totally new to this and hope this helps. On both the old and new mufflers, the model they fit on are actually stamped into the muffler. The whole stamp is about 3/4 of an inch tall and were pretty easy to see for me.
This set up looks just like the pipes I put on my bike, but they were originally for a 650 / 750 E.
Hope that helps.
