Yep! Block was sleeved and at 1260, putting new sleeves in and doing 1260 again, the right way!
Whole bike is going to be somewhat of a Z2 clone with a superbike twist

I went with KZ 1000 barrels because they are supposed to cool better than the 903. Is this right?

Done some frame mods today, found it cracked in the normal place, welded that up and done some of the gussets.
