HART SYSTEM Kaw Projects

Okay guy's, I'm back again.
I needed to finish up a few things before I could really mess with my Kaw's
I've added a couple more to the stable also. I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I'm in no hurry. Each one of my bike need some amount of TLC, but some more than others.
Thinking about starting on the 75 first?

This is the 74 Z1
I need a right side side cover and headlight yet. If you see any, would you let me know?

This is the 75 ZI (SOLD)
Still collecting all the parts I need.

This is the 76 KZ
(SOLD)

This is my baby! My 78 LTD 1000
It's the only running bike I own. lol

I've seen the parts list for the turbo bike and I know the swingarms is custom made, but I'm not spending 2K on a swingarm. I'm thinking of a GS1100E swingarm.
I'm not sure what front end and wheels I need though. Any ideas?

This is where I found the parts list, but with the miss matched parts, I don't know how a triple tree could be made by leon? I think I should stick with a rear wheel that matches the font end I choose. I'd like to run a wide rear tire, but nothing crazy like a 300.
I'll just wait for the experts to chime in, so I can start looking for the parts I'll need.

Lots of ways to get there, grafting modern forks and swingarms are a path taken by most. I used 09 ZX6 forks, wheels, and shock linkage. Made to swingarm to be total bolt in and top tree.

I made ramtough63's total tree setup to graft a zx7 fork assembly

Les,
That's some very nice work. I didn't know you made triple trees also?
I need to lurk around here some more. lol
I'm really not sure what direction I'm going yet, or what bike I want to start on first?
I took the 74 Z1 out of the shed and put it in my garage yesterday so I can work on it this winter, but pulled something in my back while moving it. :(

les is the man when it comes to triple trees.

a busa arm with the top brace removed and plate welded in the hole would look alot like the arm on the turbo bike and be alot cheaper.

Leon,
could you give me some years of busa to look for?
Maybe I can get the front end and wheels from the same bike?

Remember if you will be running a busa rear rim as i will be. The axle bolt is larger than most others. So you either gotta get diffrent bearing ( which i couldnt find) or have les make you a bushing like he is for me. Either way with the swingarm i purchased off les, It will look great with the busa wheel. I think i might even be able to fit a 200 rear, But wont know for sure till its all mocked up.
