My tape measure reads metric and inches! :woohoo:
Depends on what youre more comfortable working with, and yes 3/8" motor mount bolts are a big improvement over the loose fitting 8mm stock stuff you just need to ream the holes out. B)

Conversion trees make it a breeze.

If you have the zx14 lower, it's possible the stem is really thick and can be machined to take kz bearings without having to change out the stem.

I think it's time for an update (its only been 2 years)

So the carbon fiber work is now complete, the ZX14R front end has been fitted, a LED headlight has been installed, and I have swapped out a few bits and pieces around the bike.

Things to complete: Get a custom swingarm to accomidate the ZX14 rear wheel, figure out what i'm going to do about the seat, upgrade the engine.

Nicely done Scotty. How do you like the headlight? I put one on my bike but its still in pieces. I'm hoping it was a good investment. It looks great and fits great but have no idea if its bright enough.

I think I remember seeing some threads on a ZRX forum about squeezing a Zx14 rim into a stock Zrx11 or 12 arm.

The headlight is awsome!!! It is just as bright as the HID headlights but draws less energy and produces less heat. Definatly worth the money.
