XS Revival Parts LLC related to Z1 Revival Parts?

So I was ordering some parts for making clutch cables from MikeXS. I sent an email asking about some details that were not listed. But in my searching for contact info, so I could just call instead, I ran across this:
trademarks.justia.com/867/42/mikes-86742338.html

This looks like a trademark application, in Florida, 2015, for a new company name. Notice the new name is "XS Revival Parts". The applicant appears to be Chinese.

Now doesn't Z1 Enterprises have some possible affiliation a Florida company named "Z1 Revival Parts" ?

This seems to be quite a coincidence. Is there some Chinese company buying up all of the online parts retailers in the U.S. ?

What is going on?

All in Tampa Fla.

Z1 Enterprises now in Tampa, and owned by Z1 Revival Parts LLC.

And the shipping document which comes with orders from Z1 enterprises says billed to Zi1 revival parts at Linebaugh Ave in Tampa which is same address as MikesXS

Doesnt really matter to me as stuff arrives quickly. Just a bit curious.

I got a reply back. Seems like they at least respond timely.
I've never dealt with MikesXS before, so can't compare to now. Z1 E was always fast and very responsive.

If it is the case that US based companies are being bought by chinese owners, cut them out and buy from an actual american business.

It is idd that Z1E has been brought up several times in the past few weeks and jeff hasn't popped in (that I i know of) and he was always seemingly sniffing around these parts

MikesXS. Ugh. Ask any Yamaha 650 owner about Mikes and you'll learn all about Chinese rubber bits, carb knockoffs, poor customer service... I've had good and bad dealings with them. I have had nothing but good with Z1E.

For those of you curious, Z1 Ent and Mikes XS are merging. We are in process of merging operations and moving inventory into one much larger more modern warehouse. The move is likely to occur in September. I am still involved with the operations.

Merging operations will bring some benefits. We now have a much larger source of parts - and that's helped with prices on a few parts already (like the steering damper for the Z1). The price dropped from $90 to $66... same manufacturer, just a different source.
Steering Damper

We are researching best source for a fair few new Z1/KZ parts. Once the move has stabilized we are going to be focused on sourcing more and more parts for these old classic bikes....

A couple more comments and clarifications. What helped initiate this merger with Mikes XS is that company changed hands 9+ months ago. The new owners of Mikes are actively trying to address the customer satisfaction issues so prevalent under the old ownership - and they are certainly not Chinese, but very much US...
