Here comes the finishing touches on the starter engine.
Built a cover for it.

Template and cut some aluminum..



Some milling, bending and blasting..

Got some new parts today...

Cam chain guide, some rubber and some bling bling..

Got the call today !

My rims are back from powder coating...
They glow nice in the Swedish spring sun !

They shine just like mine do! Where the sun catches the high points, it jumps right out. Awesome look, and I know this colour is going to look VERY sexy on your build.

200!! what size wheels are they? 200 is clearing the chain?

It will clear with no problems !
The front sprocket need to be offset 20 mm (0.8 inch) to line up with the R1 swingarm.
A good friend of mine is helping me out wiht the sprocket as we speak...right Leon


Any way...I will now take a summer brake from the build and will get on with it again in September.
This summer we will move to a new house and I will spend a lot of time fishing for trout and salmon.
So I leave you with some pics of the bike as in it´s current staus !
