it is always cool to see people who have bad a$$ed machines that are into the same stuff as we are and actually building cool parts.
how are you going to build your swingarm style wise and what material are you going to use?

I am not real sure on the swingarm as of yet because I can't decide on a 240 rear tire or just a 180. But the mateiral that I will use is 3.25 x 1.625 x .188 wall with a nice 3/16 radius on the corners.

Ya the bars have to go on top it just makes for a little more comfort on the longer rides.

Today I worked on the clamps, Did some small changes to them nothing major. I cut the bottom one first, it turned out pretty good I'm good with it. Then I started on the top but it started storming like crazy so I shut down for the night. I will pick up where I left off in the morning. Once I get the top cut I will make a holding jig so I can flip them over to do the top side on the bottom clamp and the underside of the top clamp, Then cut the pinch slots and finish out the clamp bolts etc.etc.

Great work, great read. I'm voting for the 180. Better handling.

Leonardo da Vinci got nothing on you when it comes to sculpture! Those pieces you made look so good you should make another set to put in an art museum. Nice work! Ed

what i meant by gull wing top tree is the fork legs are offset lower . this allows for a higher ride height.
hear is 1 made by another talented member, Irishwill.

Ya I know what you meant, That is the same style clamp as a honda 954 or a 929 it makes it a lot easyer to mount risers and dirt bike bars on them, the stunt guys do that alot. That is very nice work that Irishwill is doing.
