Thanks.  The other day my buddy showed me a photo of it from an auction site and asked me "can it be ridden?"  Now I can give him the answer.

Thanks.  The other day my buddy showed me a photo of it from an auction site and asked me "can it be ridden?"  Now I can give him the answer.  
 
I looks to be very tall and stretched out, the bars don't look like they are at a great angle. It sort of looked like he was terrified to test it.

I don't know if what he did in that video qualifies as riding.

. You're right.  Riding would involve getting out of first gear, corners, and keeping your feet off the ground for longer than 15 seconds (and no parts falling off ! ).  I'll point out to my buddy that it is only moving through the parking lot.
