I looks to be very tall and stretched out, the bars don't look like they are at a great angle. It sort of looked like he was terrified to test it.

I don't know if what he did in that video qualifies as riding.

Riding would involve getting out of first gear, corners, and keeping your feet off the ground for longer than 15 seconds (and no parts falling off ! ).
