TexasKZ Away Platinum Member Posts: 7226 Thank you received: 2071	Put a stick through the rear wheel and torque away. It works just fine on my ZRX which requires more torque than the 440 pulley. 1982 KZ1000 LTD parts donor 1981 KZ1000 LTD awaiting resurrection 2000 ZRX1100 not ridden enough

See I tried that to get the pulley bolt out and was successful, tried it for the install with no luck. I'll try it again tomorrow and report back but would love if anyone has any additional helpful suggestions.
