Well this got me thinking about it more so I came up with my own design....
Works great, plenty of power to the coils now...

now this is what ya really need, just hook up a jack shaft to your rear sprocket so its charging while youre rolling down the road without taking up mamas space on the back.at night you can prop it up on center stand and plug your house into it! :woohoo:
Still recovering, some days are better than others.

"you running lean or is that from the testing you did "
Hey Greggy... Most of that coloring came during the jetting time durations... I was originally running way too rich where they had yellowed slightly... In jetting, trial & error, test running on the ideal sizes, they started bluing... So yes I'm a hell of a lot more leaner than orginally set at.
Now that I've gone down 2 sizes on the mains and slow jets (pilots) and went from a needle jet clip position 4 to 3, I'm just about right...
I have a nice tan color on my plug insulators but still have a slight carbon on the plug thread landing ring. For now this is quite good due to my engine build with performance cams and increased compressions and for the fact in living in AZ (hotter than hell) I prefer to run slightly on the rich side compared to running too lean...
Once I get an oil cooler installed (cooler oil temps), I'll most likely drop one more size on the slow jet, go to a leaner needle jet and possibly go up one size on the intake flow jet.
All in all, she's running mighty sweet right now, pulls like a freaking freight train... Riding buds on their new Interceptors still can't belive this old bikes acceleration. It actually pisses them off when I pull away from them...
I'll see what happens once I cool the oil down so for now, ride and enjoy the old girl.
