They never came stock on any bike. They were always an aftermarket carburetor. The 28s came stock on a few models.

$579 for a set of rebuilt BS34s? And you have to supply cores? Shish!!! I do better work than he and I know what it takes, That is outright Highway Robbery. If I could get that kind of money for those I'd be living in a mansion.

otto i'm planning on investing in a small ultra sonic tank so i can be just like wg. i borrowed the one we have in the harley dept. this weekend i've been cleaning everything in site for the last two day's i'll make a fortune.

takes me an hour to fix/clean a set ...oh well....
smooth bores dont always cost 450-700 on eabay...i got mine in perfect shape..but flaking and looking like shit cause the p.o had rattle canned em black...i paid 275 and cleaned the paint off...mind you i did not polish em just stripped the shitty paint....they can be found if a guy is patient

Man! who pissed in your guys cherios? Last time I checked George is in business to MAKE money. Maybe you all ought to try running your own businesses and dealing with the general publics crap. However,4 months is longer than needed,but maybe there was something especially wrong with that set. Anyway, Give the guy a break. He provides a service for people who can't do there own,which is probabbly a large percentage of people.
