I have a 2.25mm, a 2.45 x2 and a 2.55 all brand new from Z1 enterprises 
Would trade any of these new shims for one good 2.10mm 

When ya receive my shim then ship, smooth and simple

2.10 is getting way down there size wise, might be time for a valve tip especially if you have others getting that way. 

I probably have one.  Will check tomorrow.  Will also check to see if I need any.  

Yes I know but I was down to nill and tipped several valves. That valve was tipped.
Wil be looking for a good used head if the future. 
BTW I actually would be better off with a 2.15mm shim

There's no need to source another head.
If you run out of clearance once you have tipped the valves by the manuals .0.30mm you can skim the collets, retainers and stems by a further 1mm to enable the use of the maximum shim sizes.
Once that option has been used or dismissed you can fit bigger valves which use the wider unused portion of the valve seat and pulls the stem height back into servicable range and after that you can fit shorter J style valves which have 1mm shorter stems to again regain clearance.
Lots of options before getting the seats replaced or fitting another head.
