Sound addiction?! whoa, dude!

I just bolted an old Kerker 4-1 I picked up on my KZ650B-2 and I gotta tell ya I had SOOOOOOO many sensory twingles hearing that 'lil 650 blip blap in the shop tonight :woohoo:. Kerker pipes, with their straight fiberglass wrapped core just have THAT sound, don't they?
Really takes me back to a time when Ducktail 4cyl KZ's ALL sounded that way. Silly me I even made a video of the bike running and my partner blipping the throttle so I could bring it home and download it into my computer and listen to it tonight. It's a sickness I tell ya:whistle: :woohoo:

Tell ya what, Chino is just a (grenade launched) rocks-throw from me. I'll swing on over with the stock system I removed from my '78 B2 so you can keep your bike all original.
Heck, I'll even bring some new exhaust gaskets and bolt it onto your bike for ya! Just trying to save you from racking up the potential "modified exhaust" tickets you're bound to accumulate with that Kerker.

I agree though, you just HAVE to post that sound clip to a site (I believe photobucket.com has vid and audio capabilities, and they offer FREE accounts) so the rest of us can enjoy it too!

I can't post the sound files I have because they are Quicktime Apple program that photobucket doesn't recognize. The video is from a Kodak digi camera and I have no clue how to switch it over to an MPEG or AVI or even WMV....can you do something with them, Sandy?

Hehe, I did fire it open style (no baffle) and Yoshi style with meg pulled off of it. Little louder than I can take, but still fun:evil:

so you have sound sickness, try a kawi H1500 or H2750 with chambers and pods, there is no other sound like it, pure addiction, then add the acceleration fever and your in real trouble

OK!! Finally was able to work around in Photobucket and uploaded the video of my 650 singing through it's new (old) Kerker pipe. This was before I painted it and fabbed the rear strap, but it's still a bitchen sound regardless:woohoo: :woohoo: Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the little picture of the Z. Sorry for the multiple edits...noob showing his colors again!!
