You know, at first, this project sounds insanely complicated. But if you take some details into consideration, it becomes a much more do-able deal:
1. The KZ motor is a lot bigger than a 'Busa motor
2. The KZ frame is spacier than a ZRX frame.
3. The ZX10R motor is smaller than the 'Busa motor (again, the 'Busa motor is smaller than the KZ motor...so, we're talking even more 'latitude').
4. Logically it would seem that since a ZX10R motor is smaller (than a 'Busa motor) and going into a larger (than a ZRX) frame = it should be "do-able" b/c we've seen it done on a format with tighter constraints.
Caveat: having inspected the afore mentioned "Kawabusa" in person, it should be noted that he had to modify the fuel tank to successfully keep the stock body lines. This lessened the fuel capacity by a gallon. But - again - this scenario has more space all the way around.
If it happens, it sure will be interesting.
I'd like to see this project happen.
