Depending on how badly seized and/or how long has sat that way, it may take a few days or longer for that PB blaster to free it up. :S

if your sure it's in the cylinders, fill them up with brake fluid.wait a couple of days and slowly work it. takes awhile but brake fluid eats everything.
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

I agree with this techique..i have used it quite a few times..takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. The longer you can wait the easier it will be to get apart..
i even freed up a 175cc 2 stroke by setting it in a wash tub completely submersed in diesel fuel..that works good if your going to completely disassemble.

you could also have some stuck valves,if your trying to turn it over assembled.
if you have the head off you can see what the cylinders have in em.

Florida bike? Hmmm... if the carbs were left off the bike or the plugs left out and the bike sat out for a bit, you likely have rusted cylinder walls. You MUST remove the head... don't try and turn the engine over by hand as you will end up snapping off the manual ignition advance locating pin on the end of the crank if the engine is siezed. Remove the head and you will see a cylinder that is rusted. If this is the case, you can try soaking and then prying the cylinder off. Be prepared to pick up a new block with matching pistons as it isn't likely the rust will be honed through. I have seen this on Florida bikes in the past.

Do not use nut on crank to turn. Put in 2nd or 3rd and rock back and forth. Add mmo or atf daily and try rocking. If no go after a few days, pull it apart. I had a 'free' CX500 that was so stuck the back tire would slide on the garage floor. Got lucky after three days and it freed up. Got even luckier and it's got good compression. $100 CB650F freed up this way too but wasn't as bad.

Man, this made me queasy. Brake fluid definitely contains stuff that will eat the aich eeee double toothpick out of anything non-metal in your engine. I'm thinking seals, cam adjusters, you name it. Oh, it might not disitegrate as soon as you start your motor (if you do ever get it started) but brake fluid will start softening up parts you don't want soft. Then, a couple of thousand miles after it starts running, when you're really proud of yourself for ingeniously using brake fluid for something it was not intended for, BLAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!
