They are indeed JIS fasteners. We used them on The Seven Year _itch and also have a set on hand for our current project, The Wounded Z.
The JIS screwdriver set on the Z1Enterprises site that have the bluish gray handles look to be full tang, with steel hex heads for applying twisting force while at the same time being able to use a hammer to apply striking force. That can be very useful to break stubborn screws loose.

Indeed! I have a set of those. Very good quality. (But I don't hammer on them.)
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
