Get diesel oil. Shell Rotella is popular. The link showing "energy conserving" is the one you provided from Advance.

I have used the motorcycle-specific Castrol without problems. Long ago I used their car-oil and it seemed to work fine. As soon as motorcycle-specific oil became more available I switched to that.
