Well Dyna load tested my ignition today and confirmed a bad left 1/4 module. I will be picking up a new Dyna S from them tomorrow free of charge.
Dyna was very accomodating and took care of me, but man who would have thought these problems would pop up? I only put maybe 4000 mi. on the bike since installing the Dyna electronic ignition and coils. Glad it's sorted now!  Sure am glad I filed those Z1 Enterprises reciepts!
