You're right. The springs wil keep te headers in the cilinderhead. When you remove the springs and the bolt of the silencer you can remove the complete exhaust from the bike very quickly. Everthing fits tigtly so it won't leak gasses. You don't need gaskets and the rings stays in the head.

 I'm sorry but we only built the exhaust for the old kz and gs because we have a lot off experience with these bikes (25 years of tuning racing and dragracing)

Very nice pipe :) But for the price and what a pipe will potentially yield in gains.... Your money is better spent on cams and carburetors. They will yield more HP per $$$ than any pipe made by anyone, regardless of how nice it's made.

But if you have the $$$, it certainly would be a great addition to a project bike ;)

As a 1st gen American from two Dutch parents, I can tell you it is Dutch, and it says (roughly),
"RasTec Racing is born out of a love for these Oldschool Superbikes, like those ridden in the year (19)80 by those such as Freddie Spencer, Eddie Lawson and Wes Cooley.”

I wonder if they have any for a 750 twin...
