I bought 2 sets from Z1 Enterprises, one for my 900 and one for my Yamaha RD400. Very satisfied with both sets. Ace hardware is where I go for other stainless bolts for handlebar controls etc.

I bought a set from Z1, came with 50 bolts and the key to put them in with, I just painted my motor a semi gloss black and they look amazing, I am very happy with them.

When looking at these, get the stainless steel bolts...there are chrome-plated steel bolts for sale. These look great but after being run for awhile and being knicked, etc. from the wrench and water sitting in the head, they will start to rust after awhile while the stainless steel won't. Some stainless come plain and other sets come polished. Just read the ad and be sure to get the style you want for your project.
