One thing with that pipe... The risers being that short depict setup for top end power band... Interesting design just the same...

Hmmmmmmmm... I'll take my chances building my bike that way I KNOW exactly what's in the engine. I would never bid on a bike without seeing it in person.
Of course the day I missed out on that zrx1200 with full titanium akropovic pipe that went for 4200 I believe. I didn't feel like driving all the way to St louis to check it out and then when I bid at last second it timed out. But you never know. Shady deals abound. Pictures tell less than perfect. I was going to bid on a Kz. Bike looked fabulous in the picture when I checked it out saw the bike it was chewed up rat with fleas and various assorted parasites. I said no spank you and was off to other pickins.

that murray spider pipe on the bike that roy put up is really a crazy amount of overkill for a street motor. murray is probably one of the best drag race exhaust systems made right now i have been looking for one for a long time so instead i just bought a second v&h pco pipe they are freakin monsters themselves, huge primarys tubes and bolt on spigots that stay with the head in fact you port the head to match the spigots instant d-port exhaust very trick set-up.

Does the bike need to be raked to make those monstrosities fit between fork and engine?

No Mark, it belongs to a friend. I wish that I had one of these on my bike. I wonder if the Daytona pipes were any good. I have one in my basement that looks ugly but could be rechromed or coated for that matter. That pipe sounds really nice. Quiet but roars at WOT. I love it. Wish it were mine.
