i got a 1980 kz750 cylinder block for my project.
i was just comparing to stock 77 650b-1 block and seen that two of the inner bolt size are different
heres a pic of what i mean! they run even (parallel) with cam chain.
i assume this is just something i overlooked in my archive findings. what size/pitch do i need for this?

i don't mean to be a smarta$$ but, any parts store sells those little thread guages for about $3.00. From Snap On tools they are about $10.00. They always come in any tapp and die set also. Have any friends with a tapp & die set?
GOOD LUCK !

I used the '77 Kz 650 head on the '80 Kz 750/4 block. The 2 bolt hole openings on the cylinders you indicated in your drawing are 8 mm for the Kz 750/4 and 6 mm on the Kz650. I simply drilled out the bolt hole opening on the 650 head to handle the larger 8 mm bolts for the 750 cylindes. Piece of cake.

If you have any other questions post 'em here and we can try to hlp out.
