Every state is different. In Colorado you won't do anything in 45 minutes. It will take 45 days if you're lucky. Not trying to persuade the original poster one way or the other, just stating facts as I've encountered here. Your state will vary. I've had a belly full of those people at DMV over the last 40yrs here. :sick:
