Parts diagrams

Hello KZR's,
Don't know if everyone is aware of this or not so I thought I'd share this info,...

Some time ago there was a thread complaining that Kawasaki.com eliminated their parts diagrams from their web site.

They have revamped their web site and now have the parts diagrams back up,... but even better,....you can download all of the parts diagrams in PDFs. Under the owners center.

This is fantastic. I down loaded all of the diagrams for two of my bikes,...I plan to add them to my maintenance manuals.

Happy days!

Yes,...it looks like they only go back to 1966. My 78 A2 and 80 LTD B4 were there. You can look your bike up by year

Unfortunately they discontinued what to me was the most important feature of the old system - they no longer show if the part is available. Trying to obtain parts without that information is much more difficult since the parts dealers seldom know what is actually available without first ordering and then waiting to see if their order is filled or rejected. Clearly the nitwit that thunk up the new system doesn't own or work on a bike. :( Ed

I was hoping to get a PDF version of my 1977 KZ1000A but at least I could get all the exploded view diagrams.
