Thanks for your efforts Dave, and thanks to everyone for your kind comments. I've been riding a KLR for the most part lately, but yesterday I decided to take the R out for a ride. Man, it never fails to bring a smile to my face. What a great bike, even 33 years later!
I would rather wake up in the middle of nowhere than in any city on earth.
