I have been buying parts from Z1 for years. Everything good unless you want to return something. all you get from them is they sold hundreds with no complaints. I bought some repo coils ended up tossing them in the trash. Might as well light a hundred dollar bill on fire.

I have always receive fantastic service from the gang at Z1Enterprises. They really take the time to talk and answer questions drawing from their knowledge and experience, a real rarity these days in the world of impersonal call centers.

i just got my kz900 sprocket nut and washer and 10 buck clearance 3x red shirt...in my mailbox before i hung up the phone...forgot my number one rule and did not order a few sets of exhaust gaskets...

Greg, I never said you couldn't return them (although after you cut the spark plug wires they are not something we could sell as new), in each of your emails you said you were going to throw them away! We tried to understand the problems you were having and to get you to use the coils. Instead all we got back in the emails was they are junk and you were tossing them... and yes, we have sold these coils to over 500 customers without a single 'complaint' before yours... We've not have ONE failure of these coils.

Z1's customer service is top notch.

I've not got a lot of thing's from them but
I try to deal with Rob when I need to order something
as he seem's to remember me and my bike in fact when I ordered
new chain and sprocket's I wanted an second rear three teeth more
and it was out of stock about 6 week's later I get a call at work
it's Rob checking if I still needed the other sprocket.

Hell I even had your shirt on at the Austin MotoGP race.

Have had Rob help me a couple times.....BUT ,I usually Deal with Chris. B) ...same attention to detail, follow-up and courteous,accurate service!! ;)
Have asked Jeff Technical questions,he always has the correct answers!! :cheer: They are just the BEST!! :woohoo:
