Nice bike but how does it ride with the bent back rim ..

That rim shouldn't be a problem if is just on the lip. Seen that many times on sport bike rims.

blinkers and plates are a must on my bikes so that answers ur question of that, just that i have orange led strips running down my front forks and small blinkers on back, hard to see on a pic from the angles i provided here

both my rims are bent but its just the lip, not a major problem and doesnt mess with my riding.
