I've not got a lot of stuff from Z1
but try to deal with Rob when I do.

Called Rob for a chain and sprocket's
wanted one front and two rear one 3t up.
The 3t up was out of stock.

Over a mounth latter Rob called and asked if I still need the sprocket.
That is customer service at its BEST

@ Jeff... Don't get me wrong for I just have to learn the ways around such trivial issues. I'll still be odering from Z1 and as others have mentioned, when in doubt I just place a call to you/Rob, all good... ;)

As humans, we don't usually like changes.... Ask my wife for she's constantly trying to change me & where has that got her- NADA LAND-... :pinch:  :woohoo:

Here's an example...
In kz-1000 engine parts, I select 18mm o-ring, Search = NADA found....
But, switch to gasket/seal category finds it due to o-rings being in gasket/seals for which I understand.... Even my old ass gets the logic....

Anyhoot, nothing for you to change for say, I need to get more comfortable with the new layout is all... ;)

Would you rather have broken parts?

Peanuts are the most economical way to protect the parts. We've tried a LOT of different approaches. The peanuts we use don't disintegrate like many on the market.

In the past two years, we've shipped over 35,000 packages - and had no product damaged due to our packing... the only uPS claims we've had are where UPS has lost the package.

Yeah, it's really ridiculous. Who wants their stuff professionally & securely packed & shipped? I like the way an ebbaayy seller did a front brake... old box w painter's masking tape & no packing materials.... that's the way to do it.
