Hook up a voltmeter and watch your VDC as you try to start the bike. Shouldnt drop too low.
Check conections to ground, coils, starter switch, kill, well just about all the damn connections in that circuit.
Inspect the pickups and associated BS as well.

yea i think that way is better to test rather than just un plugging shit until it stops sparking whenever i turn on the key

I LIVES!!! have some valve chatter to take care of but i ran it like 2 seconds ago. Of course the easiest thing to do in the world and it fixed the issue. Had to clean the contacts on the CDI box. Ahh well, i learned not to make assumptions. Going out to the garage now to hook up the tank and maybe go up the street on it if the wind isnt blowing still. IM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW
