A few years ago I bought a Saleen Mustang. The salesman told me that a few weeks earlier, a customer had purchased a new Saleen S281 Extreme. The salesman strongly urged the dude to pay attention to the Saleen break in procedure. The buyer then proceeded to pull out of the dealership and do a 1/4 mile burnout at the end of which the engine grenaded. He managed to get the car back on the lot and demanded it be fixed under warranty. Stupidity abounds...........................

I always stand in front of my bike when I twist the throttle. That way I can absorb the impact the bodywork would normally take. :pinch:
