Looks like a nice MKII. Leave the paint as mentioned. A few scratches never hurt, give it some character.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Mazel tov! It looks like a keeper from the posted photos. I wouldn't do anything to it either. Feel good, it's a beaut.

Beautiful bike and welcome to the MKll owners club. I wouldn't repaint a set in that good condition. Repro's decals are really good but it takes someone with skill and preferably experience with wet float decals.I've seen several sets locally - next paint job for my MKll will be with their decals.

Beautiful! I wouldn't touch such an awesome example. When I find one close enough to me I'm sure I'll pay too much for it.
