What have you learned over this riding season??
16 Nov 2010 00:26
Well, for most of us the season is officially over so what have you learned from this season on your bike??
For instance, I learned that if you hit a pheasant at highway speeds it will feel like Brock Lesnar just punched you in the chest with everything that he could muster.

As of last night comming home from work, it is still hard to turn left with the side stand down.
And when you stop and forget to put it down and knock your wife and her bike over, pick up the wife first, not the bike.

Not perzactly new information but worthy nonetheless:
Ride no faster than you can stop in the distance you can see and keep your eyes on the end of the curve.
They's not a lot more to keep in mind.

I learned that if you ride like everyone on the road is trying to kill you it usually makes for a safer ride.

If you are riding a classic Kawasaki you will have more people look at it than if you were riding a older classic Honda. Roy
