New paint
03 Jul 2010 14:51
Just wanted to give a shout out to Mark Wing. Most of you know that he paints tanks, side covers, etc. He painted spare parts for my bike and I just wanted to share his skills to you! Beautiful work! Can't wait to install on my bike!

I have the side covers, tail section on but need to swish some gas around in the new tank to clean it out a little. Also have some wear on old tank where seat contacts it. That scares me but am thinking it's normal with these bikes? Will get tank on bike this coming weekend. Now I just need a "nice" seat and a couple emblems to finish things off. Thanks again Mark, they look fantastic!

Well, finally got the tin on. Looks fantastic! I still need to get a seat and emblems for the other side but it is still a 100% improvement. Again, great work Mark!

Got my "new" seat today that I won on ebay. Let's just say that I'm a really happy camper! The paint and the seat brings it all together. A tank and a side cover emblem and it's almost set.
